TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions (“MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions”) set forth important information, including restrictions. By participating, as set forth below, you agree to these MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions, including any changes made from time to time. MAX MARA AND WEEKEND MAX MARA RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME.

What is MM Loyalty Club?

The MM Loyalty Club is a loyalty rewards program (the “Program”) offered exclusively by CF|CO (“D.B.A. Max Mara, Weekend Max Mara”). You can enroll in the Program (as a “Member”) by providing your mobile phone number, first name, last name, and email address. As set forth below, you can receive points by providing your mobile phone number during Checkout.

Who is eligible to participate in the Program?

Participation in the Program as a Member is available to all customers who can provide a unique and valid email address and mobile phone number that belongs to them. 

Participation in the Program requires you to apply in store. You must provide a mobile phone number. If you are unable or unwilling to provide a mobile phone number, you will not be able to enroll in the Program. Only members are eligible to receive points.

Corporations, groups, and associations are not eligible to participate in this Program.

How can you receive points?

To receive points as a Member, you must self-identify by providing your mobile phone number at Checkout to your Max Mara salesperson at the following Max Mara and Weekend Max Mara Locations:

How many points will you receive for each purchase?

As a self-identified Member, the presented dates below will be the number of points you will receive with any Net Price purchases made at our previously listed Max Mara and Weekend Max Mara locations. “Net Price Purchases” mean purchases less than returns; discounts; and any applicable sales tax charged in connection with a purchase from other previously listed Max Mara and Weekend Max Mara Locations.

1 point per Net Dollar spent on all items between November 15th and Feb 15th
1 point per Net Dollar spent on all items between May 15th and July 15th

For every 2,500 points earned, a cash reward valued at $25 USD will be automatically issued to your MM Loyalty Club account.

Generally, all Members will receive notification exclusively via email or SMS. However, if you participate as a member and Max Mara or Weekend Max Mara do not have an email address or a mobile phone number for you, then you will not receive notifications of your points/rewards; instead, you may look up whether you have a points or rewards available to use in store by asking a salesperson or by calling the store.

We use your email address and/or mobile phone number to notify you of rewards and other Program benefits and you must ensure this information is accurate and current.

You may redeem all or partial rewards at the time of checkout at the following Max Mara and Weekend Max Mara Locations:

Weekend Max Mara South Coast Plaza
Weekend Max Mara Stanford Shopping Center

All discount dollars amounts referred to in these MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions are in purchase discounts.

When do MM Loyalty Club points and benefits expire?

MM Loyalty Club points received but not yet redeemed to issue a cash reward to you will expire on the earlier of one (1) years from the last day of the year in which the points were earned or if you terminate your Membership.

Max Mara Cash Rewards will expire 90 days after the issuance date.

Can I have more than one MM Loyalty Club Account?

You may have more than one MM Loyalty Club Account. However, you cannot have multiple MM Loyalty Club Accounts associated with the same mobile phone number.

What will Max Mara do with my email and other personal information?

When you enroll in the Program and provide us your email and mobile phone number, you may also be enrolled to receive marketing emails from us. You may change your marketing email preferences at any time by clicking on the link found at the bottom of our marketing emails. You will, however, continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding the Program.

Additionally, your mobile phone number is your unique identifier as a Member and must be provided at checkout to earn points on eligible Net Purchases. Because we use your mobile number and email address to identify you as a Member and notify you of Program benefits, you must ensure that both are accurate and current.

Verifying your mobile number requires the receipt of and response to an automated text message to the mobile number you provided at the time of Program enrollment. If you consent, Catherine Frandsen & Co., Inc and its affiliates and service providers may also use your mobile number to text you, including to manage and service your MM Loyalty Club account.

As an employee of Max Mara, what are the limitations on your participation in the Program?

Employees are not eligible to participate in promotional offers through the Program. Purchases made by Max Mara and Weekend Max Mara employees, or eligible family members using an employee discount, are not eligible to receive points. Employees are not eligible for any benefits associated with any MM Loyalty Club Status of the Program.

Will the Program change?

We reserve the right to change these MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions or the Program at any time and in any way (including our right to discontinue or change the benefits or change the expiration date of points earned under the Program, or to adjust the number of points earned for each dollar in Net Purchases). To the extent required by applicable law, we will give you notice if we end the Program or make a major change to it. Your continued participation in the Program after we make changes to the Program or these MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions signifies your acceptance of such changes. It is possible you may not be able to receive enough points to redeem for a reward if we discontinue this Program or merge this Program into another rewards program. We also reserve the right to cancel your participation in the Program, in the event of fraud, abuse of Program privileges or violation of these MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions.

What are the general terms applicable to the Program?

You are responsible for any tax liability related to your participation in and/or your purchase of any of the benefits associated with the Program.

These MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the states of California and Washington, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. If any part of these MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable under applicable law, all other parts of the MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions will still apply.

Catherine Frandsen & Co., Inc may choose not to enforce, or to delay the enforcement of, any of your obligations or Catherine Frandsen & Co., Inc’s rights, remedies or limitations under these MM Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions. However, no such delay, nor choice to not enforce, shall constitute a waiver of that obligation, right or remedy.

Many of the benefits associated with the Program are offered exclusively through CF|CO

In order to access certain benefits associated with the Program, you agree that you may be asked to provide personal information about yourself, such as your shipping address and your MM Loyalty Club information and billing address, and that the information you provide will be disclosed other third parties as necessary to obtain these benefits.

What should I do if I have a dispute?
